The 1.8 million tons/year equipment upscale project of Jinma Middle East is one of the ten major industrial transformation projects in Jiyuan City and the key investment attraction project in Henan Province. The project is located in Jiyuan Huling high-tech Zone, with a total investment of about 2.7 billion yuan and an area of about 500 mu. It has the characteristics of large-scale equipment, intelligent production, energy saving and environmental protection, and comprehensive benefit maximization.
Equipment upsizing. The height of coke oven carbonization chamber is 7.65 meters, which is the largest top-loading coke oven in the world at present. It has the advantages of large single hole output, large furnace body size and the most advanced technology, which can greatly reduce the frequency of release and thus reduce the disorganized emissions, representing the most advanced technical level in the world industry.
Intelligent production. With intelligent factory as the standard, centralized control of production operation is realized. Coke oven four cars and other mechanical equipment using automatic positioning system, can achieve "manned, unmanned operation", but also synchronous automatic heating and automatic control and coal loading, coal out of the process without soot; Inspection robots are used in first-level safety control areas such as coke oven basement. Automatic sampling of raw coal and coke is realized, which greatly enhances the level of intelligence and improves the safe operation ability.
Energy saving and environmental protection. The first is to use closed corridor transportation, raw coal and coke to realize the whole process, strengthen the adjustment of transportation structure, the existing railway special line of Jinma Energy to rebuild and expand, the construction of 7km railway special line, train transport capacity of more than 80%; Two is to install all dust removal facilities, the whole process of control disorganized emissions; Third, the use of dry quenching coke waste heat power generation process, all the coke dry extinguishing, the annual power generation of 250 million KWH, using waste heat steam 320,000 tons, achieve the energy saving of 88,000 tons of standard coal; Fourthly, 800 million yuan was invested in the construction of environmental protection facilities, and the construction of flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal devices, and the pollutant emissions were reduced by more than 50% compared with those before the transformation. Online maintenance and catalyst replacement of desulfurization and denitration unit can be realized. The construction of Vocs recovery device, oxygenated waste gas into coke oven combustion, non-oxygenated waste gas into the gas negative pressure system, to achieve all Vocs recycling treatment; To achieve zero discharge of waste gas and wastewater, waste residue "eat dry press net"; The comprehensive energy consumption of tons of coke is controlled below 100.2 kg standard coal, which is in the leading level of the same industry in China.
The comprehensive benefit is maximized. After the project is put into operation, the annual output of the first grade metallurgical coke is 1.8 million tons. It is expected to achieve sales revenue of 7 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 1.5 billion yuan, per capita sales income of more than 10 million yuan, per capita profits and taxes of more than 2 million yuan.
